Complaints and suggestions
It is the policy of the staff at this practice to provide our clients with an excellent standard of service and treatment.
If you are pleased or dissatisfied with the service and/or treatment we provide, please let us know by speaking to the Practice Manager.
If you have a complaint, we will acknowledge it and try and resolve the problem immediately. If this is not possible, you will be contacted within 10 working days with either a written explanation or an estimate of when you can expect a full response.
If you are not happy with the response you receive, then please do get back to the Practice Manager who will arrange for a meeting of all parties involved to try and get the problem resolved.
